As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that there are so many factors that contribute to aging gracefully. It’s not just about the way we look on the outside, but also about how we feel on the inside. That’s why I believe that the link between mental health, nutrition, exercise, and embracing our natural beauty is so important.
